I had an amazing experience with this property. I was impressed how Brittany and Leslie was willing to go the extra mile - because of the drive, I was unable to view in-person a floor plan however, both sent me videos of different floor plans so that I could make a decision. I appreciate them both for being so accommodating. Courtney has also been a huge help from day 1- I truly appreciate her patience, helpfulness, thorough explanations, and quick response for the many questions that I had. It was a joy to communicate with her who has a pleasant attitude and exerts positive energy. It would be a remiss of me if I failed to mention how Melissa went above and beyond for me. I won’t go into details but I will say I appreciated her expertise and assistance in helping me move into this apartment. It was a pleasure to work with the entire staff.

I have lived here at The Sevens since September and have had a wonderful experience! I was one of the first few tenants to move in after opening, and have had nothing by good experiences so far. Originally moving in, I was out of state and unable to view the property. The lady I spoke with went out of her way to send me multiple pictures of the property as well as my specific unit. They have been accommodating and helpful when needed. I had an issue with one of my outlets and put in a work order late at night, and by the next morning the maintenance man came early to check it out. The property is nice and well taken care of. The amenities such as the gym, work spaces, pool etc. are also very nice. They’ve also hosted a few resident breakfast/lunch events that I’ve enjoyed. When applying, I was promised 8 weeks free and they have delivered that as well without any hassle for the last 2 months. Other than the occasional construction noises (which I knew about), I’ve enjoyed my time here so far! The area is also convenient near many restaurants and the Northpark mall.
