From start to finish, the process of getting into my new apartment was a breeze. Alex stayed connected throughout every step, and even months after still goes the extra mile to make sure that all is well. Stacy, who was brought in after my move-in date, has been awesome and always seems to have a positive attitude in doing her job. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the staff and the apartment as a whole. Very clean all around, quick service, easy access throughout the building (as long as you have your key fob). In short, would very much recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!
I recently moved into Elan at Bluffview and I'm thrilled with my new apartment. The renovated units are gorgeous and the large floor plans are perfect for my lifestyle. Valerie, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire leasing process.

Just renewed our lease again. Leasing staff is very friendly and the location is fantastic. Close to restaurants and other amenities. They did a great job renovating my apartment and my wife and I love the floor plan.

I’ve been living at Elan at Bluffview for over a year now, and the office staff asked if I would leave them a review so here goes. The place is exceptional, with landscaped grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. My apartments is huge compared to my previous place and it is equipped with everything I need. One of the biggest perks is the location—close to Love Field Airport and major highways, making travel and my work commute super convenient. There are also two grocery stores, several cafes, lots of restaurants and parks nearby. It's a fantastic place to live, I don’t plan to move any time soon!
Bill is with the new Management team. He has taken care of my 87 years young Mother!

Moved in several months ago, and so far one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The manager Amber is very responsive, and the maintaining guy Ramiro is always eager to help if I have any issue in my unit.
Last week I had a problem with my dishwasher and they had it fixed within a day, and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
Leaving this review specifically for Mr. Bill!! The best tour guide and super informative! I’m highly considering this place especially because of how spacious the apartments are for the price! Thanks for the tour Bill!
Don’t let the 3.7 confuse you, the lights wouldn’t stay on without Bill and Candace! They’re as cool as a fan and more laid back than a beanbag. You’ll enjoy your stay.
