My experience at Camden Greenville (Villas) was honestly the best apartment rental experience I have ever had, and I’ve rented quite a few. Here’s my take: - AMENITIES: Great, well taken care of amenities; your own personal garage is nearly priceless. AND if you have a DOG/pet, it’s a great apartment complex to live in! - CG STAFF: Friendly and responsive staff, to include and especially the maintenance and grounds keeping staff. - LEASING: The leasing office was always upfront and transparent with me and were willing to do whatever they could (if within their power) to help me. - MOVE OUT: While I normally dread the rental apartment move out experience, my move out from CG was so smooth and uneventful (which is what you want). The staff was more than accommodating and was there to help every step of the way if I needed it. - DEPOSIT: They kept me apprised of the status of my deposit refund until it was officially paid in full. No issues or disagreements with the amount being refunded. Would very much recommend to anyone in the SMU/University Park/Greenville area.

I visited Camden Greenville for a tour of one of the townhomes. I was helped by Brad. He was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. I also met Caroline, and although she did not take me on the tour, she was very friendly. I could tell the team cared about my experience very much. The townhome was spacious and well kept. Highly recommend this neighborhood and property.
