The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to easily prepare your favorite meals. The modern features and ample space exceed what you'd typically expect from a studio apartment. This space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with loved ones, whether you're watching a movie or having a cozy hangout. Thoughtfully chosen decor and stylish furnishings make this area even more inviting. Parking is not included with this listing, but there are parking options available throughout the neighborhood including metered and free street parking. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight street parking, but you can easily get up to 3 nights by calling the city or filling out an online form. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. A non-refundable cleaning fee is required per pet: 1–7 nights: $25 per night, 8–29 nights: $200, and 30+ nights: $300. A maximum of two pets (cats or dogs) are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notice, a $500 fee will apply. Noise monitors are installed in the unit, measuring noise levels in decibels only and do not record sounds or conversations. Tampering with the device will result in a fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/check-out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Includes an office desk and chair, and high-speed Wi-Fi for a comfortable remote work-friendly environment. A laptop computer is not included.
