I recently moved out of the community and loved my time here. The grounds are beautifully kept and I feel like the price point value is comparable to other properties I've lived in - not cheap but on par with expectations. We took advantage of the big dog park and coffee drinks in the leasing office. Package pickup in the office lockers worked well with my schedule. Some of the interior design choices in my unit were a bit wonky (light switches in weird places, drawers or doors opening into appliances or walls) but I felt really comfortable living there. My appliances were all in good condition for the three years I stayed. If you live on a 3rd floor, moving in and out was pretty difficult (no elevators) so be sure to plan accordingly. Hayden was the one answering most of my emails, but the entire office staff alongside him are fantastic. I'm not much for events but there was always something fun going on in the community that they were organizing, plus everyone is so friendly when you see them out and about in the complex. My biggest praise goes to the maintenance team. Those guys are rock stars - even when doing preventive work, they always took a few minutes to talk and are really nice guys. For the handful of issues I had, they were addressed correctly and promptly. Location is great for access to nearby parks and businesses. I think it's a great property.
