Convenient to airport, shopping, dinning. Directly adjacent to bike trails. Very well maintained with a nice mix of people. Quiet neighborhood. The trains go by a couple of times at night, but I quickly became accustomed to them and no longer hear them.

Was disappointed as I scheduled a tour that was cancelled by email 2 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I did not check my email during that 2 hour window. A phone call would have been appreciated. The website was not useful in determining availability - it was inaccurate but yet I was asked to determine what I wanted by using the website Availability links. I am not impressed.
