All conveniences are within a short walking distance including plenty of restaurants and even a Metro Market across the street. Many exciting attractions are right nearby as well, including Summerfest grounds, The War Memorial, and The Art Museum. In addition, it is one block north of Cathedral Square which features “Jazz in the Park” in addition to Brady Street and Water Street which feature many established and lively bars and restaurants. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. Everyone here has been wonderful since I toured. I want to thank Fa, Kim, and Angela for always being so helpful. As far as the roaches go, I did not see a single one during my time here. Before giving in to some of the negative reviews give JVT a chance, tour and then make the decision for yourself. There are very good amenities here, and the location is hard to beat!

I’ve only been living here a few months and had a pretty bad first impression of the place with barely functioning amenities and lots of fixing up needing to be done, but the maintenance men Chad and Jared have been unbelievably helpful and nothing but pleasant throughout the entire process. I now very much enjoy my stay here at Juneau Village, the staff is great, the location is convenient, and the rooftop gym is a great addition. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in the downtown area
