Pros: - Location: walking distance from tosa village - Heated Garage parking: 1 allocated per apt, 1 available to purchase. - Size: Decently sized rooms relative to competing apts in the area Cons: - Management: Unprofessional service. Manager on site is routinely very rude with residents - will yell at them, scold (yes, scold) them, make up arbitrary rules about trash or parking without prior notice. Will accuse residents of breaking rules (for ex if there is trash left out or some stains on the common hallway) without proof and threaten to evict or take away the deposit - Price: Very high rent for similar sized apartments in the area. Rent WILL go up 15-30% every year ( I was resident for 2 years and saw 3 consecutive rent increases) - Clubhouse: It's 2 couches and 2 treadmills. Very small area - Laundry machines would frequently break down and management would refuse to fix them. I had to start doing laundry at friend's places bc I was just wasting quarters. - Management office is always closed. Have to call the land manager who lives there to file any complaints or concerns

I would give NO stars if possible. They will screw you over every chance possible. You don’t get a “loyal renter rate” they up your rent by hundreds everytime they ask you to resign. The location is the only good thing about this place but it is NOT worth it.
