I have been a tenant here for almost two years. Overall excellent experience and little to complain about. The property manager has been great with responding to emails/phone calls and any maintenance issue has been fixed promptly. I would recommend this property if you are looking to live in the Third Ward!

I had been a tenant here for about 1.5 year and would keep staying here if I had stayed in Milwaukee. The apartment was great, rent was cheaper than other similar luxury apartments around the area, maintenance was on time and the technicians are super nice. Neighbors were super nice or the insulation was super great because I never ever heard of them at all in my apartment. I didn’t enjoy my interaction with the property manager though. She’s super nice sometimes but when I had several random things broken in the apartment in a row (window binds, oven door handle, etc. They should be good quality brands and I almost never ever use them but somehow they broken all together), she was super angry at me and was shouting at me, which is very unprofessional. I couldn’t reach her sometimes via email or phone calls during work hours for several days so I sent her a text one night not expecting her to see it anyway and I got blamed back immediately for disturbing her at night that I had to apologize so hard. Anyway, it might be that she’s only emotional occasionally and she didn’t mean it, I was super afraid of her and she’s my nightmare even after I moved out so I’m only writing this review after several years and far away from the Midwest. They also have 2 websites, more than 5 phone numbers and several emails. When I tried to sublease the apartment, it was too suspicious for many of the potential tenants cuz all of them had a hard time getting in touch with them, which is very weird. So, if you want cheaper but still great apartment and you don’t bother the management office often, it’s a great great deal. Or if you are white you are probably ok as well.🤷‍♀️
