We visited 25+ apartment homes during our 3-week search and finally chose Latitude Apartments. Except good location, one of the main reasons of our choice is the perfect Community Director John Plonske. John did a great job from the very beginning. He welcomed us without an appointment and enthusiastically told about the available apartments and the amenities for tenants. After our visit John patiently answered lots of our questions. Moreover, he came to help us move in on Easter Sunday when nobody else worked. Now when we live here, John is willing to help with any issue we have making our life here much easier. He is always helpful and friendly. The Latitude Apartments aren’t brand-new but in good condition. We have assigned parking garage here, bike storage, a parcel room, a patio with grills, a small gym, a community room with TV and Wi-Fi, free of charge storage. The building has direct access to the Oak Leaf Trail where you can walk to the coastline and enjoy lake views every single day. Our apartment isn’t that large but we have a huge balcony. There are two closets, a smaller one next to the entrance and a walk-in one in the bedroom. The floor in rooms is covered with carpet. All the equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer) works properly. High-speed internet access and cable TV offered as a bundle as well. The only issue about the apartment is absence of lights on the ceiling in bedroom and living room. The rental agreement is quite well-written and not too difficult to understand. You can sign it online. The rent and utilities are paid online, no need to write any checks. Our first weeks in the Latitude Apartments are lovely. Hope nothing would spoil it 🙂

I'm not a big fan of living in apartment buildings but this place is actually an exception for me. Normally apartment buildings are faceless and cold; there's no personality to the building and there's no community between the residents. This place, on the other hand, makes an effort to reach out and create that community; one way they do this is by giving the building a personality. The property is safe and quiet, it's also clean and modern. The surroundings are also in an area where you don't have to look over your shoulder; it's an ideal living situation.
