Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
