DOGS must be ≤15 lbs, must always be supervised when in the yard, and waste must be picked up immediately. BAD / NO CREDIT okay, but in that case I'll ask you to prepay some rent. WASHER in the house (clothesline in the back yard, dehumidifier + drying rack for rainy days) NOTE, there is no common living room per se. The common areas are the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and the yards. --------------------------- WHAT'S BETTER ABOUT THIS RENTAL --------------------------- • TREES. The house is surrounded by large trees, and the middle yard is semi-secluded. • RENT UNLIKELY TO GO UP WHEN LEASE RENEWS.
