DOGS must be ≤15 lbs, must always be supervised when in the yard, and waste must be picked up immediately. BAD / NO CREDIT okay, but in that case I'll ask you to prepay some rent. WASHER in the house (clothesline in the back yard, dehumidifier + drying rack for rainy days) NOTE, there is no common living room per se.
