The area offers mid-town culinary and cocktail experiences, and vintage shopping. The property is conveniently located just 16 minutes from the airport and close to major freeways, providing easy access to various attractions. No additional guests are allowed without prior arrangement, with a $200 charge per person per day for violations. Excessive cleaning will incur a $50 per hour fee. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed, and bringing one will result in being asked to leave. A zero-tolerance policy is in place for smoking, vaping, or drug use, with a $500 fine and additional charges for evidence of smoking or drug use.
