The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed for ultimate comfort, a 65” flat-screen TV, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a skylight, a Juliet balcony, and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 video security guard monitoring. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. Located between Clarendon and Berkeley Streets, this Back Bay gem is just a block from Copley Square Shopping Mall and a short 0.2-mile walk to Back Bay Station. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation.
