Centrally located on the river, the park, watersports, and the greater Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale area, this condo is perfect for leisure, spring training, and business travelers! Inside this condo, you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is also provided. Enjoy access to Tempe Town Lake amenities, the luxury fitness center, and the stylishly appointed business lounge. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with garage parking available for $5 per day if the surface lot is full or if you desire garage parking. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona, this condo is near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The fire pit is unavailable until further notice. One towel per guest per stay. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
