The Junction is a 5–10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, and local favorites. North Admiral is 5 minutes by car for even more dining and boutique shopping. Alki Beach is less than 10 minutes away for beach days, sunset strolls, and waterfront dining. Lincoln Park is 10 minutes away for forested trails, waterfront views, and a saltwater pool.
