Escaping to West Seattle? We don’t blame you. Who wouldn’t want to join a chill apartment community of foodies, explorers, DIYers, biking enthusiasts, pet lovers, and professionals? Why wouldn’t you choose to live in the Junction, work from home or your fave cafe or the beach, and enjoy the good life in a too-charming-for-words neighborhood? Maybe some people aren’t into sleek finishes, ultramodern layouts, and epic amenities, including Seattle’s largest dog run… but we haven’t met them yet. Now’s the time.

I've only lived here for a couple of weeks, but I've been very happy so far. Kara and Jason have been extremely good, and especially Ron, who has gone above and beyond for me numerous times. The amenities are large and kept clean, communication is excellent, the community is respectful of quiet hours, and they just switched to a system that reports rent payments for positive credit - nice touch. The area is amazing, walking distance to multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores, a church, a full size gym, and it feels much safer than some parts of Seattle. Easy access to 509 and I-5 means I have at least 2 commute options going to and coming from work. Overall I would recommend moving here. The employees genuinely do a good job at keeping things running smoothly, nothing sketchy goes on, and the location is very safe.

I have lived in Spruce for almost 4 years now and I LOVE it here!!! The apartments are spacious, with great closets. The location is fantastic and walkable to the Junction. The residents are friendly and yes we love our dogs here. What makes this place more special is the staff: Kara the Manager and Office Staff Jason who provide us with excellent customer service. Maintenance Leo and Peter and Linda who keeps our building impeccable and in great shape. I am getting ready to sign my next lease and looking forward to another wonderful year here at Spruce.
