This craftsman-style home features a kitchen fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee and tea. Enjoy high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for comfortable sleeping, as well as a smart TV with Netflix already signed in. Portable ACs are available for the Seattle summer heat. The private backyard is fully fenced with a great hangout space. This family-friendly home also includes a booster and pack-n-play. Dedicated parking is available, though the lot is fairly tight and best suited for a sedan. Ample street parking is also available. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $35 per pet per night. Additional guests beyond the standard 8 are welcome for $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Located on a quiet street in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, this home offers a walker's paradise with excellent public transit and biking options. It's a 12-15 minute walk to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Westlake, and Dexter, and an 18-minute walk to Climate Pledge Arena. By car, it's 4-5 minutes to the Space Needle and Amazon Spheres, and 8-10 minutes to Apple Inc., Pike Place Market, Downtown, and Capitol Hill. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, as is digital piracy. Shoes are not allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, and do not leave pets unattended. Please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
