This spacious, 1650 sqft, 3-story townhome has a few steps to the entrance. This unique townhome has no shared walls with neighbors and features a private backyard. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The first floor features the main entrance, kitchen, living room, smart TV with Netflix, half bath, and balcony. The basement includes a bedroom, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, game room with billiard table, and futon. The second floor offers two bedrooms and an en-suite bath, as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and Keurig coffee and tea. Dedicated parking is available, though the parking lot is fairly tight; a sedan should be able to navigate easily. Ample street parking is also available. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night. Located in Lower Queen Anne, this home is a walker's paradise with excellent public transit and biking options. It's a 12 to 15-minute walk to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Westlake, and Dexter, and an 18-minute walk to Climate Pledge Arena. It's also a 4 to 5-minute drive to the Space Needle and Amazon Spheres, and an 8 to 12-minute drive to Pike Place Market, downtown, and Capitol Hill. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs. Portable ACs are only installed in the 3rd-floor bedrooms. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Digital piracy and shoes in the home are prohibited. There is a $500 fine per violation. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, and do not leave pets unattended.
