This home is within walking distance of the new light rail station and has convenient access to I-5 and I-90. No smoking and pets on approval only. First month's rent and security deposit (one month’s rent). $45 non-refundable application fee. We also offer a flexible security deposit alternative for qualified residents through Obligo.
