My dog Walter and myself absolutely love living at Aviara. The community has felt like home since day one. The staff, facilities, location are all a great match for us and I can't thank the team enough for the consistently delightful service they provide. I live on 4th floor and never hear neighbors and the equipment in the apartment is all top notch.

Having lived here for 5 years now, I d assure that Aviara is one of the best apartment communities in Greater Seattle Area. There are multiple reasons for it - Helpful management staff, Quality of construction, Fantastic interior design n furnishing, Closeness to both downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue etc.. The key aspect that made us renew our lease 4 times is the quickness with which a maintenance issue is addressed with zero or minimal impact to our routine. In recent times especially, when we moved internally to a bigger unit - we required a lot of support from maintenance staff. Very much appreciative of the support offered by Maintenance tech Andrew Andal. He is prompt, responsive and very effective in meeting our needs. Ofcourse - we encounter some problems that are beyond our control, scope etc. For those - he offers a reasonable/practical workaround and puts himself in the best possible situation to address them (say, by rigorously following up with multiple third-party vendors as applicable for the scenario). Outside his core work, he is a very friendly person too - he talks about his hobbies (playing Ukelele - which we love to learn from him :), wood hand-carving furniture - which is rare to find in the market these days). Has always been fun working with Andrew.
