Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.
