This completely remodeled home features high-end finishes and luxurious furniture. The open-concept living area includes high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, beautiful light flooring, and a lovely fireplace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a huge eat-in island, white quartz countertops, beautiful cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen to the backyard, where you'll find a large pool and jacuzzi surrounded by high fences for full privacy. The second floor includes a large loft cinema room with a queen-size sofa and two twin pullout chairs, plus another fireplace and more vaulted ceilings. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Free parking is available. Located in the College Park neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, this vacation home is near the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. You'll be close to many amazing ethnic restaurants and shops, as well as DFW airport and downtown Dallas, both about 25 minutes away. AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is just a 40-minute drive. The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is 20 minutes away, and Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center are both just 10 minutes away. You'll be a 7-minute drive from Chinatown and 14 minutes from The Galleria Dallas. Several amazing parks are just 10 minutes away, including Cottonwood Park, Prairie Creek Park, and Spring Creek Trail and Nature Center. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Room #4 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and it should not be left unattended. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time, and small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance and kept off beds and furniture, and pet cleaning fees will be applied. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
