The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and another with two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and more, perfect for preparing meals, with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 12+ guests respectively. The pool and kiddie pool are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. The home is well-located, with plenty of activities nearby, including a close drive to the Dallas Airport, 21 miles from ATT Stadium and Six Flags, and only 11 miles from Downtown Dallas. Nearby attractions include MoneyGram Soccer Park, Galleria Dallas, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Children's Medical Center of Dallas, Dallas Market Center, NorthPark Center, Southern Methodist University, American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, Irving Mall Shopping District, Dallas Museum of Art, and Dallas World Aquarium. Local conveniences include Pizza Hut, Walmart Supercenter, and CVS Pharmacy. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate.
