The dining room offers a sophisticated restaurant feel and atmosphere with a dining table with seat settings for 8, plate settings, and cutlery. The spacious living room features two couches and two sofas for plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a designer rug, a coffee table, and a poker table with seating for 8. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a poolside deck with a conversation set and string lights, and a patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining set. A laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage and on the driveway. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. A bustling cosmopolitan known for sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas, Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts that each have their own distinct vibe and attractions. Some attractions you won’t want to miss are The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Reunion Tower, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and Dallas Cattle Drive Sculptures. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
