This amazing vacation home offers a beautiful balance of clean, modern design accented with rustic accents and homey touches. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. The dining room offers a sophisticated restaurant feel with an open-concept layout. The spacious living room includes two couches, two sofas, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a designer rug, a coffee table, and a poker table with seating for 8. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, poolside deck with a conversation set and string lights, and a patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining set in the fully fenced backyard. Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest after the first six guests. Come experience the best of Dallas! A bustling cosmopolitan known for sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas, Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts that each have their own distinct vibe and attractions. Some attractions you won’t want to miss are The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (13 min drive), Reunion Tower (11 min drive), Perot Museum of Nature and Science (11 min drive), and AT&T Stadium (35 min drive). Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
