The living room offers two couches, two sofas, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a designer rug, a coffee table, and a poker table with seating for 8. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, poolside deck, and BBQ grill in the fully fenced backyard. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest after the first six. Experience the best of Dallas! Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, there is a noise alert device installed in the home that measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
