The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. The dining room offers a sophisticated restaurant feel with an open-concept layout. The spacious living room includes two couches, two sofas, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a designer rug, a coffee table, and a poker table with seating for 8. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, poolside deck with a conversation set and string lights, and a patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining set in the fully fenced backyard. Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest after the first six guests. Come experience the best of Dallas! A bustling cosmopolitan known for sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas, Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts that each have their own distinct vibe and attractions. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
