There is also an upright piano. You'll also have access to a separate laundry room. Enjoy the large pool and hot tub in the backyard, as well as a huge covered patio area with a barbecue. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Located in an affluent area of Dallas, this vacation home is close to many amazing ethnic restaurants and shops. You’ll also be conveniently close to DFW airport and exciting downtown Dallas, both just 25 minutes away. AT&T Stadium is just a 35-minute drive. The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is located 20 minutes away; Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center are both just 10 minutes away. You’ll be a 7-minute drive from Chinatown. Allen Premium Outlets are 20 minutes away and The Galleria Dallas is 14 minutes away. Cottonwood Park, Prairie Creek Park, and Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center are all just 10 minutes away. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed at this property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting this property. Full disclosure is required for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance and kept off beds and furniture, and pet cleaning fees will be applied.
