Lake Ray Hubbard is an 11-minute drive away, and the Garland Landmark Museum is 12 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland and Firewheel Town Center are also nearby. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
