The spacious kitchen and living room feature luxurious finishes throughout. Enjoy the backyard with pool, BBQ grill, and dining area, perfect for gatherings. Indoors, the cinema room and game room with a pool table, ping-pong, hockey table, and poker table provide endless entertainment. Ideal for 8-16 guests, this home blends comfort with elegance. This home has only one level. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds, Bedroom 4: 2 Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate for 7 or more guests applies, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The beautiful house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas. McDonald's, Starbucks, IHOP, and more shops are just 1.3 miles away. There is a CVS 1.8 miles away, and you will be able to do all your grocery shopping at our nearest Wal-Mart, which is located 1.9 miles away. Nearby attractions include Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden 1.7 miles, White Rock Lake 1.5 miles, White Rock Lake Park 1.6 miles, Cotton Bowl 3.2 miles, Fair Park 3.5 miles, Baylor Medical Center at Dallas 3.8 miles, Southern Methodist University 5 miles, Dallas Museum of Art 5.4 miles, Klyde Warren Park 5.4 miles, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center 5.4 miles, Dallas World Aquarium 5.7 miles, and Perot Museum of Nature and Science 5.8 miles. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests will be permitted during your stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, with a $750 fine for violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated, and the hot tub is out of service. Security cameras are installed at the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7 for security purposes. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before so they may leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards for pickup at 7 a.m. the next day. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
