The backyard gate leads straight to the Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail, and Lake Ray Hubbard is just an 8-minute stroll away. You’re also just 40 minutes from DFW Airport, 45 minutes from AT&T Stadium, and 25 minutes from downtown Dallas. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed, and unauthorized parties or large gatherings are prohibited. With each guest beyond the first six, a $29/night fee will be applied. Please only use the gas fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. In order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in our home. This device does not record nor store sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
