Gather for meals in style in the modern farmhouse dining room, complete with a breakfast nook and a dining table. Free parking is available to guests, with options to park in the garage and on the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Richardson is a lively, robust city located in the suburbs of Dallas. Home to the University of Texas at Dallas, it boasts a rich cultural diversity, college atmosphere, and a wealth of outdoor activities. You’ll be only a few minutes from Dallas, with attractions like the Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts, Cottonwood Park, and the North Texas Automotive Museum nearby. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include Reunion Tower, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and the Dallas World Aquarium. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and small low-key gatherings are only permitted upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply.
