House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Nestled in the Lake Park North neighborhood of Mesquite, this home backs onto a pristine creek. It is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and 35 minutes from AT&T Stadium. City Lake Park and Paschall Park are only 3 minutes away, and Samuell Farm Park is just 10 minutes away. The Mesquite Rodeo, Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas dining and shopping district, and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail are all under 15 minutes away. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed.
