It's conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and its attractions, and 35 minutes from AT&T Stadium. Mesquite itself offers many attractions, including City Lake Park and Paschall Park (3 minutes away), and Samuell Farm Park (10 minutes away). Other nearby attractions include the Mesquite Rodeo, Devil's Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas, and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all under 15 minutes away. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if noise levels are exceeded. Includes a sofa bed in the upstairs living area.
