Featuring 4-bedrooms and 2-baths, it’s the ideal accommodation for a family or group of friends. This superb, spacious home features new flooring throughout and a bright, open-concept layout. The 4 bedrooms feature lovely furniture and comfy linens. The 2 full bathrooms feature beautiful tiles, one with a standing shower and one with a tub shower. The large living area by the fireplace is the perfect place to gather as a group. Lounge on the luxurious furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. The living room opens up to a formal dining area and a gorgeous, bright kitchen with a stunning quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets to store your snacks. Whether you’re having takeout or cooking up a meal, you’ll have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The large pool in the amazing backyard will keep you cool and provide hours of fun. The yard has a covered patio area and is completely fenced-in to allow you the utmost privacy. There is also lots of patio seating all around so that you can chill poolside, catch some rays, or cozy up with a book. Free parking is available. Situated in the beautiful tree-lined Oaks neighborhood of Garland, Texas, you’ll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 35 minutes to DFW airport, and just a few minutes from the I-30. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and fascinating history. Just a 6-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 17 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 20 minutes away. There’s also not one, but two water parks perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 18 minutes away and Surf and Swim is only 9 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away from our home, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options. Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 4 will be opened for groups of 7+ guests. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device has been installed in our home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
