The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, basic cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. The spacious living area offers comfortable couches and sofas, coffee tables, decorative lighting, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a designer rug, indoor plants, and artwork. The backyard is a private tropical oasis with lounge chairs, hammocks, an outdoor fireplace, and a fully fenced yard. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest exceeding six.
