Park in the garage and escape the Texas sun, then step inside to discover a home filled with custom flooring, a dramatic lighted staircase, and a bright open-concept layout that instantly feels inviting. The backyard oasis is perfect for soaking up the Texas sun or relaxing with friends and family, featuring a sparkling pool with rock features and a tanning ledge, a relaxing jacuzzi, a cozy firepit, an outdoor kitchen with bar stool seating, and a spacious patio with lounge chairs and a dining area. Inside, gather in the cozy living room with plush couches, stylish décor, and a fireplace. The game room is fully equipped with a pool table and comfy seating. The open-concept gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need. Enjoy meals at the barstools at the counter or at the dining table. A laundry room is available for convenience. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). The nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, this vacation home is in a growing up-scale community, located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located 10 minutes away right by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions, including the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower. Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark and the Waterview Golf Club are 10 minutes away. The Rowlett Creek Preserve offers a 15.6-mile-long trail, and Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 12 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options. This property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Pets should be discussed in advance and should be house-trained and kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees apply. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations.
