This boutique designer home offers a bright, open, and airy living area with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful fireplace. The living room is the ideal spot to gather around with everyone as you watch TV and unwind on the couches. There is also a formal dining area leading into the long, beautiful galley kitchen that offers lots of counter space and cabinets and is fully equipped. The kitchen leads into a charming breakfast area. The 5 bedrooms are spacious and the furniture and linens will allow you to get a superb night’s rest. The master bedroom also features doors leading out to the yard, allowing tons of natural light to flow in. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The backyard is fenced in for complete privacy and with tall shrubs surrounding it. There is a lovely oblong pool that glitters under the sun and lots of patio space around to lay back and soak up the rays, and a barbecue grill. Free parking is available in the covered garage. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Situated in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood of Garland, Texas, this home is conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 30 minutes to Dallas/Fort Worth airport and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium. Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 10 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 28 minutes away. Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 15 minutes away, and Surf and Swim is only 7 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or events are not allowed. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.
