The home features two living rooms, one with comfortable seating, a rug, and coffee tables, and a second with a desk and a sofa. For entertainment, there is an HDTV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The backyard features a freeform outdoor swimming pool, a spacious poolside deck with loungers, a furnished outdoor patio, a fully fenced yard, and a grill. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use and at their own risk; it should not be left unattended.
