The living area offers cozy hardwood floors, a spacious vaulted ceiling, comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated formal dining room provides a dining table with plenty of seating. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed in the driveway. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $29/night fee applied for each additional guest. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and to prevent unauthorized parties; this device does not record nor store sound data. Room #4 will be opened for groups of 8+ guests.
