I have lived in Carrollton for 22 years. Flats at Frankford Station are by far the best luxury apartment complex in the true sense I have rented to date. They are very nice and clean. Extremely well maintained. The whole crew from the manager Jennifer Deleon to Sal who is in charge of maintenance, every single crew member is extremely kind and courteous. I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 years and am a resident here today also and I can truly say these are the best and the most safe and secure apartments to live in Carrollton.

Jenn, our property manager, has been very helpful and accommodating since I’ve moved in 6 months ago. She’s responds fast and communicates very well. You can tell she cares about our community. Sal who oversees maintenance for the property has been especially amazing. Maintenance requests are handled fast with quality. He even helped me move my sofa up 4 flights when he didn’t have to. Overall this community has been great. Nice friendly neighbors that are mindful of each other and the property. It’s a clean, quiet and peaceful place to live. Oh yeah, they routinely change the air filter without you having to ask. Not many places do that.
Safe and quiet neighborhood, 5 min drive from plenty of food places, 2 minutes from the highway and 1 minutes from the nearest gas station. The property manager on site is absolutely amazing too, they are super quick and knowledgeable. Really timely with trash valet pickup and dog friendly community with a dog park outside for them to run around feeling safe. :)

Brianna, from the start to finish, has been so amazing. The only reason I looked into the property was because of an initial conversation with her, the visit only solidified the experience for me. I’ve lived here since 2016 and cannot say enough good things about Sal and the property management (present - Jenn) and past (Rhonda and Samira). Sal has consistently addressed all service requests promptly and has gone above & beyond many times on my behalf. Property management is also very accommodating and addresses things swiftly! I’ve really enjoyed living here as evidenced by my long tenure! :-)

When my wife and I decided to delay purchasing a home until we both completed our education, we initially thought we had found the perfect property in the Las Colinas area. Unfortunately, a few days before our move-in date, we were informed that the employee handling our lease had left the company, and all records of our application, deposit, and move-in plans were missing. This experience left us frustrated and uncertain.
Thankfully, we discovered The Flats at Frankford Station, and it turned out to be a truly exceptional choice. While we were understandably apprehensive after our previous experience, the team at The Flats immediately exceeded our expectations.
Most of our interactions were with Brianna, the leasing manager, who truly stands out as a remarkable professional. Although my initial tour was with Jenn, my wife later toured the property with Brianna, who made a lasting impression. From the outset, Brianna demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail. The property itself is clean, quiet, and ideally located near the DART station, allowing us to avoid downtown traffic—an incredible convenience.
What truly set Brianna apart was her above-and-beyond approach. On our move-in day, she personally took us on another tour of the property to ensure we had a basic understanding of the layout of the building and she walked us to our apartment, ensuring everything was in order—a gesture we’ve never experienced at any other community, even those at a higher price point. Her actions spoke volumes about her. Her dedication didn’t stop there; she consistently took care of minor issues that came up and even today she offered to yet again take care of a minor detail in the midst of doing tours.
Brianna’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care have transformed our rental experience into something far beyond what we expected. She embodies leadership qualities and goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel welcome and valued. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend her for a promotion—her contributions are invaluable and deserve recognition.
Additionally, the property itself offers spacious apartments with generous closet sizes, a well-equipped gym, and swift maintenance responses for minor issues. While the community isn’t gated, the security measures in place—such as cameras and key fob entry—provide us with peace of mind.
We rarely leave reviews, but the outstanding team at The Flats, particularly Brianna, has made our experience truly noteworthy. I have been living here for 7 years. It is an amazing property. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Never lose electricity. There was a few hiccups with the fire alarms but got handled quickly. Lease never goes up too drastically. The leasing staff are kind and efficient. It is a clean property. Any issues with pet waste or unclean areas are addressed swiftly.

I've been here for 6 months now and couldn't be happier. The gym is well equipped and kept clean, the dog spa saves me from getting dog hair all over my bathroom and the property manager responds quickly and respectfully. (Its crazy how infrequent that is with property management at other places.) I won't be leaving here while Im staying in the DFW area.
