I am only leaving a review due to my experience with Michael Kilmer. I toured this building a little over a week ago and found the building to be everything I wanted and more. Michael Kilmer was very professional and kind. He went above and beyond opening every door for me in the building, trying to meet any special accommodations I needed, etc. He paid attention to the little things that many others overlook. It was refreshing. I’ve seen many buildings the last couple months, and no one has been as professional and accommodating as Michael Kilmer. Unfortunately I went with a building In Uptown Dallas (only for location) but this building and the staff here is top-tier by any standard!

The Twelve is the finest address north of Dallas. I’ve lived here about three months and it’s been better than I even excepted. They don’t seem to cut corners on anything and everything is so well planned out. It’s a commercial grade concrete build so noise is absolutely not a problem and the views are hard to beat. Security is top notch and all the details are handled for you. I need to mention Michael Kilmer who set me up in the perfect apartment and made the process simple to move in. What a great experience and a great place to live. It feels like living at a resort and yet feels like home.
