Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors; if a guest smokes indoors, the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, and cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. Events are not allowed. This home is suitable for children and infants. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM max. Guests must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be visiting guests.
