All of the staff in the office, especially Ms. Gloria, are always helpful, patient and efficient with anything Im concerned about. They listen and always seem to care about making the resident a top priority. The maintenance are also very efficient in responding to requests. I love my apartment and I can't wait to renew! You guys are awesome!

To be honest I was a bit skeptical when I applied. My leasing agent Christopher Murray made the experience more easy-going and less problematic. Vanessa was also a breath of fresh air as well. Initially I had an ill impression the remaining staff, at times I just felt I couldn’t get anything done without Christopher or Vanessa. But after careful consideration I believe that was not the intent, also I tend to have very high standards which may have caused some irritation. Overall I’m happy I moved here, my neighbors aren’t too much of a bother, and management isn’t that demanding.
