LOVE! LOVE ! Living here! I have been living here 6 + years, and I'll be the first to admit when I first moved in I wasn't impressed but I was just divorced and needed a decent place that I could afford. I moved into a one bedroom , along with my mom and stayed in that apartment until about 3 years ago ..we made the move to a two bedroom apartment and we had lost our apartment manager at that time . Jackie came to the apartments and it's the best decision ever made. I asked her if we could move into a 2 bedroom and she informed me that she was making big changes here BOY did she deliver as promised. She was making changes , so therefore we got brand new carpet, new paint, new linoleum floors, kitchen appliances, and some more upgrades that I know I'm leaving out .The bedrooms are enormous , and bathrooms are both full bathrooms. The maintenance man is always prompt , and whenever I have a problem , it's usually solved before I get home from work. He maintains the property to very high standards and he gets to know the people here. We are all close neighbors and Jackie even has garage sales here, meet and greet of Balch Springs Police, and genuinely cares about ALL of her tenants here. She started a newsletter, and is always canvasing the property for any wrong doing , and I think that's a lot of the reason ,we feel safe and sound here. Jackie and Ruben are an AWESOME team , I'm not really crazy about apartment living, BUT I would definitely give this place a 5 STAR rating - OOPS I already did !!!

I moved in urgency and Ms. Ramona stayed on top of things. Communicated very well. Was very sweet, understanding and professional. I am glad to call PIONEER PARK my new home.
