Spend some time in the perfectly manicured backyard, lounge by the fire pit, and challenge each other to some friendly lawn games. This home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the private back driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. The fireplace is gas-operated, and guests should only use it if familiar with its operation, ensuring it is never left unattended.
