Centrally located in trendy Capitol Hill, feel at home in this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome. This 900 sqft, 4-story townhome has no step at the entrance. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee and tea. High-quality mattresses, bedding, and linens ensure a great night's sleep. A smart TV and high-speed internet (up to 400 mbps) are available for streaming or remote work needs. An on-site washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Enjoy the rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night. With an impressive walk score of 96, this home is just one block off Broadway, where you can find a multitude of restaurants, cafes, and bars, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Stroll to the beautiful Volunteer Park just a few minutes from the home and enjoy a lovely walk. It's 5 minutes to downtown Seattle and a 9-minute walk to Link Light Rail. Capitol Hill is the epitome of 21st-century Seattle: young, high-tech, and culturally adventurous. It's the epicenter of coffee culture, home to clubs that spawned the grunge movement, and the site of some of Seattle's biggest events, like Block Party and the Pride Parade. While it's simply home to many, it's also one of the hottest nightlife neighborhoods and has a long list of things to do, from visiting beautiful Volunteer Park to going to the Seattle Asian Art Museum, to dining or hanging out at a microbrewery. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and bring poop bags to pick up after your pets. There are strictly no parties and events, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, and there is no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. The home does not have dedicated parking. A city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. There is a Ring Camera by the front door. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. High walkscore and many dining/shopping/entertainment options within walking distance. Minutes walk to Captiol Hill Lightrail Station which takes you to other parts of the town including the airport. Highly recommending ride share (uber/lyft) services!.
