Small kitchen appliances include a toaster, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, and microwave. Dinnerware for 6, glasses, wine glasses, barware, pots, pans, and bakeware are provided. Enjoy complimentary toiletries and Turkish towels. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. You can’t beat this location! Step outside and explore the best of Austin on foot. Countless restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues are within walking distance, including Terry Black’s BBQ, Uchi, Loro, and Uncle Nicky’s. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography is allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including couches, chairs, and beds. Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.
