There is free parking on the driveway for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Our home is 3 blocks away from the famous Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. Beyond the comforts of our home, you'll find yourself situated to explore all that Austin has to offer. Our location grants you easy access to the city's renowned attractions, live music venues, eclectic dining scene, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all. This area provides many ways to get around Austin. Whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle, all are welcome and readily available. Nearby restaurants include Aba Austin, El Alma, Nido, Corner Restaurant, and Odd Duck. Nearby pubs and bars include Bouldin Acres, Saxon Pub, Mort Subite Belgian Beer Bar, The Austin Beer Garden Brewing Co, and Barton Springs Saloon. Nearby stores include H-E-B, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market, and Royal Blue Grocery. Smoking is not allowed and a minimum smoking fee of $250 applies. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The pool is not heated and should be used at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass or food is allowed around the pool area and fees may apply. Please keep the gates closed at all times for water safety. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
