Enjoy the full kitchen, pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and fully fenced-in property for added privacy. There are 2 parking spots available on the driveway and free street parking. The East Side is known for its restaurants and bars, ranging from quaint and funky to chic and cool. Walk to downtown, Lady Bird Lake, South Congress, Rainey Street, and the University of Texas campus. Moody Amphitheater and the University of Texas are less than 2 miles away, East 6th Street Bars are 1.5 miles, Rainey Street District is 2.3 miles, and Barton Springs and Zilker Park are 6 miles away. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Please ensure that the entrance gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised swimming pool on the premises. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard; guests are asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing to avoid a $50 replacement fee per key. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, supervising children at all times, rinsing off before entry, and no glass allowed in the pool or pool area with additional fees if glass is found. The pool is serviced each Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool with a $500 fine for violations. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjust by no more than 2 degrees per hour while keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible.
