This townhome is near Seattle University, Swedish Hospital, Harborview Medical Center, and Virginia Mason Medical Center. It's also minutes away from the vibrant streets of dining, cafes, shopping, and nightlife on E Pike St and Broadway. As one of Seattle’s oldest and most densely populated neighborhoods, First Hill / Cherry Hill provides a unique experience from block to block with lush tree-lined lanes north of Madison Street, the twin spires of St. James Cathedral, and plenty of quirky local finds in between. The district’s location, nestled between downtown and the colorful Capitol Hill neighborhood, means that calling First Hill home also conveniently positions you to make the most of the entire city. With a high walkscore, many dining, shopping and entertainment options are within walking distance. Many bus stops are less than 5 minutes away.
