Dine outdoors on the patio or relax in the hammock with a good book. Take a short stroll to your local Starbucks coffee in the morning, accompanied by some gourmet Top Pot Doughnuts. Or hang out at the beach and enjoy some local restaurant favorites such as Cactus. LIVING AREA Take in lovely views of Puget Sound from the welcoming living area, furnished with a sofa and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with all you need to whip up delectable dishes. When its time to dine, the table accommodates up to four for meals. BED & BATH Rest soundly on the queen bed in the bedroom, also fitted with a smart TV. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The tranquil outdoor oasis provides covered alfresco dining, a hammock, and incredible Puget Sound views. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary high speed (fiber) Wi-Fi is provided. TVs in living room and bedroom, including a complimentary Hulu subscription This suite is also equipped with a desk. The suite also has central air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedroom, for nice and cool days during the summer. Central heating and baseboard heating in the winter. There is also (free) use of a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer. This is on the garden level of a duplex house; the upstairs unit may be occupied during your stay. Between the 2 units, there are no shared spaces, other than a completely separate shared laundry room (downstairs), the pathway from the street, and the landscaped garden/yard area. The downstairs furnished back deck is private to your unit. Pets: Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. When enquiring, please answer the following questions about your pet: a) Please list the breed and age of your dog/cat (max 1 considered) b) Is your dog or cat potty/litter box trained? c) Dogs only- Is your dog obedient/well behaved around other dogs or children? d) If you have a cat, are you willing to bring a scratching post and a litter box so that your cat does not scratch up, damage the furniture and/or flooring? Please note proof of pet vaccinations required (distemper and rabies). House rule is no pets off leash in the yard and pets must be attended at all times. Available from Novemebr 1, 2025.
