The neighborhood offers a relaxed and laid-back lifestyle despite being located within 3 miles (or 10 minutes) from Downtown Seattle. The house is just steps away from Discovery Park, with easy access to Seattle downtown by multiple bus options or Ballard via locks. This area is somewhat walkable, with many amenities nearby with a short drive. The closest grocery store is Metropolitan Market which is an 8 min walk or a 2 min drive. Magnolia Village is another bigger collection of stores 5 min drive away. There is a bus stop at W Government Way & 34th Ave W (2 min walk) that will take you to Seattle Downtown. This is a pet friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and bring poop bags to pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
