I moved to Tortuga Bay Apartments less than 6 months. I moved to a renovated apartment, with brand new appliances and no carpet, which is my favorite thing. Everything was nice and clean. The community is well maintained, with a lake at the center and parking lot always with spots available. Also, the new fitness center has opened recently, with brand new equipment. On a few occasions I had to interact with the maintenance team, everything went uneventful, they solved the problem fast, once in the same day for a non-emergency situation. The area is close to the Waterford Lakes Mall, schools, more shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and to the SR-408 exit. I’m very satisfied to have moved here.
